Gardner Senior Center - A non-profit organization providing service for the senior citizens of our community.  We have a home-like atmosphere with friendly, caring staff.  The center is partially supported by the Northeast Nebraska Area on Aging, Department of Roads, local support, fundraising, and donations.  Available services include homemade nutritous meals at noon, meals on wheels to the homebound and a meal every 3rd Thursday evening, transportation services, outreach, education, health clinics, socialization, entertainment and information.  Our center is also rented out to the public for club groups, organizations and family functions.  For further information, contact (402) 287-2149, by writing to Wakefield Senior Center, PO Box 130, Wakefield, NE or email at waksrctr@huntel.net.
